Class Information
Complete the 2026–2027 Class List Information Form so PTO and homeroom parents can share class party details, classroom information, PTO events, and volunteer opportunities. The form also helps families connect outside school and collects sizes for every student’s free Prairie Dog Dash shirt.
Submit information for each child attending Prairie Trail. Families with more than four children should submit a separate form for additional children. Teachers cannot provide this contact information to homeroom parents. Please complete the form as soon as possible.
